SpiralWeld repairs and remanufactures vital components used in key industries, creating parts that frequently provide superior performance to those produced by the OEM.

Over the last 35 years, we’ve repaired and remanufactured thousands of critical components ranging from pump and drive shafts, control valves, propeller shafts regulators and compressor rotors to biofilter columns, fans, impellers and rudder stocks.

ReManufacture

We take the OEM solution and remake it. The part is returned to full working condition with a service life at least equal to a new part.

ReManufacture+

We take the OEM solution and remake it better than new! The part is remanufactured using a superior material with properties to suit the service conditions. Remanufacture+ can be applied to produce new replacement parts and to upgrade existing OEM spares.

The SpiralWeld™ Process

The SpiralWeld™ process uses a metal overlay to recover and restore or enhance the design / physical properties of components. The process avoids the distortion and stresses associated with standard welding repairs.

Benefits of using SpiralWeld™

  • Increased service life of components
  • Improved operational reliability – longer meantime to failure
  • Obsolescence management – we remanufacture parts considered to be obsolete and beyond economical repair

  • Reduced cost and lead time compared to buying a replacement from the OEM
  • Reduced spares inventory and associated savings
  • Reliable, quality-assured and warranted service
  • Short turnarounds and reduced downtime

  • Environmental and Sustainability benefits – our engineering services contribute to a sustainable future by using only a fraction of the energy and resources required to make a new part
